Who We Are
Bk8 games is more than a name — it is a commitment to Malaysian players who want an outstanding, secure online entertainment experience that fits their lifestyle. Since day one, every platform development decision at bk8 games has been guided by a single question: "Is this right for Malaysian players?"
That question shapes every aspect of bk8 games — from curating games that match local tastes, to offering payment methods built around the e-wallets and internet banking Malaysians already use in their daily lives, to providing customer support in Malay by agents who understand the local cultural context. For us, "local" isn't a marketing tagline — it's a design principle applied at every layer of the platform.
The game selection at bk8 games covers all the major categories Malaysian players love — slots from the world's leading providers, Live Casino with real dealers operating 24/7, Blackjack with RTP of up to 99.5%, Poker in multiple formats including Texas Hold'em and Omaha, number lottery, and E-Sports covering MLBB, DOTA2, CS2, Valorant and over 20 other esports titles. It's not just about quantity — every game on the bk8 games platform is chosen because it has a strong following among Malaysian players.
On the security front, bk8 games makes no compromises. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to guarantee fairness. Every financial transaction is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions. Personal data belonging to bk8 games members is handled in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Our Core Values
These four core values aren't just words on an office wall — they are the guiding principles behind every decision we make, from our product designers to our customer support agents.
What Sets bk8 games Apart
There are plenty of online casino platforms operating in Malaysia, but not all of them truly understand Malaysian players. bk8 games is different – rather than simply translating a global platform into Bahasa Melayu, we built the entire experience from scratch with Malaysian players at the centre.
Take a simple example: when Malaysian players want to make a deposit, they want to use TnG or DuitNow — the same methods they use to pay for parking or grab a coffee. Not an international credit card that requires extra verification steps. bk8 games understands this, which is why we were among the first platforms to fully support all major Malaysian e-wallets.
On the games side, our selection reflects what local players genuinely care about. MLBB isn't just one title among dozens of esports options – it receives the most complete coverage, with every MPL Malaysia match spanning dozens of betting markets. Blackjack with basic strategy, which can bring the house edge down to 0.5%, is available from stakes as low as RM 5 – ideal for players who prefer skill-based play over pure luck.
Our Team
Bk8 games is powered by a passionate team — technology experts, game analysts, security specialists, and customer support agents all united by a single goal: the best possible experience for Malaysian players.
Our Story
When bk8 games launched in 2016, the online casino landscape in Malaysia was already crowded with international platforms. Most operated on a one-size-fits-all approach – a single platform built for global markets with minimal local adaptation. The founders of bk8 games saw a different opportunity: a platform built from the ground up with a deep understanding of the Malaysian market, rather than a European or American platform dressed up with a translated interface.
The first – and most impactful – decision made was to build a truly local payment infrastructure. At the time, Touch 'n Go eWallet was just beginning to gain traction, and DuitNow had yet to launch. The bk8 games team anticipated that mobile payments would become the primary way Malaysians transact, and they invested early to ensure the platform would be ready when that moment arrived. Today, over 70% of deposits on bk8 games are made via Malaysian e-wallets – proof that the early bet paid off.
In 2018, bk8 games took a major step forward by introducing real-dealer Live Casino tables. It wasn't a straightforward decision — the technical infrastructure required to stream high-quality video to hundreds of simultaneous players demanded significant investment. But bk8 games believed Malaysian players wanted more than just computer algorithms. They wanted fairness they could see for themselves, genuine human interaction, and an atmosphere closer to the real casino experience. Live Casino at bk8 games has since become one of the most-used features among members, proving that early conviction right.
2020 brought unexpected challenges with the global pandemic, but it also accelerated the growth of bk8 games. As outdoor entertainment became unavailable, many Malaysians turned to digital entertainment — and bk8 games was ready to welcome them. Importantly, bk8 games used this period to strengthen the platform with broader e-wallet integration, including GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and the newly launched DuitNow. Together, these ensured the smoothest and most secure deposit and withdrawal experience for Malaysian players.
The launch of the E-Sports platform in 2021 marked a significant strategic shift for bk8 games. Malaysia's gaming and esports community is among the most active in Southeast Asia, yet quality esports betting options for local players remained limited. bk8 games filled that gap with comprehensive coverage of MPL Malaysia – every MLBB match with dozens of detailed betting markets. This resonated strongly with young Malaysians who follow the esports scene closely. Within two years, the bk8 games E-Sports community grew into one of the platform's most active segments.
Today, bk8 games serves over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia — from major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Johor Bahru, to states including Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan and Terengganu. This geographic diversity reflects something important: bk8 games is not just for tech-savvy urban players, but for all Malaysians who want safe, fair online entertainment that fits their lifestyle. Withdrawals are available to all Malaysian banks and major e-wallets, ensuring that no matter where you are, your winnings reach you quickly.
As bk8 games looks ahead, our focus remains unchanged: to keep building the best platform for Malaysian players. That means more games tailored to local tastes, more advanced technology for Live Casino and E-Sports experiences, and an ever-improving rewards programme to ensure that every MYR you invest with bk8 games delivers real value in return. We're not stopping at 500,000 — every new member who joins is a new responsibility we take seriously, to deliver the best possible experience.
